Inspired by a favorite dish in Jewish cuisine, our Kugel is a modern twist on holiday nostalgia. Just as every home has its own take on this sweet noodle dish (don’t pull us into the raisin debate), this is ours: the perfect balance of custard, warm cardamom and cinnamon, with hints of caramelized vanilla. The best part? You don’t have to sneak a corner piece to get those crispy, golden-brown noodle edges in every crunchy bite.
