Lauryn founded and conceptualized S'NOODS after winning Netflix’s cooking competition show Snack vs Chef in 2022.
She tapped into her vast culinary experience working across food media and kitchens around the world to help make her dream of snacking on noodles into an actual reality. Through her unconventional work path in the food and beverage industry, she learned firsthand saw firsthand how people consumed food and learned about flavors. Frustrated by how SEO often dictated what people ate, she aimed to offer a culinary snacking experience that transported people to different destinations through their taste buds.
In addition to running S’NOODS, she is a recipe developer and private chef (sometimes on sailing charters around the world). Lauryn also worked over the years as a food editor and stylist for major meal kits, brands, and publications.
